Hard Ass Sessions are back in full swing as Enchufada takes the reins of Lisbon’s #1 club Lux for yet another night of frenetic beats and enormous basslines at tropical temperatures. And because this will be the first party of the summer season, we had to make sure it would be especially hot.

To headline the 11th Hard Ass Session we’ve called up Switzerland’s #1 DJ when it comes to blending tropical riddims and speaker-rattling electronica: the one and only WILDLIFE! After making such a strong impression with the Portuguese crowd on the first edition of our residency at Lux, after which he came back to rock the Enchufada stage at Optimus Alive! in 2011, we thought it was time to bring him back to celebrate with us once again. So join us in the front row to welcome back one of the hottest European artists right now, who has a habit of making every DJ set an unforgettable one.

Next up we present another heavyweight of the tropical bass scene, none other than Daniel Haaksman. The founder of the influential Man Recordings label has been exploring the missing links between Jamaican, Brazilian and Latin sounds and modern club-focused electronica, as it is especially evident on his futuristic takes of funk carioca and his unpredictable, fever-inducing live shows. It’s one of those guys who you just have to see play live to believe, and we have a feeling there will be a lot of believers by the end of the night.

To wrap things up we have another comeback, this time by the Lisbon bass-loving techno head Rastronaut, who’s coming back to the Enchufada residency loaded with new tunes to show his particular vision of physical club music, and also a debut, by upcoming moombahton producer King Kong, a young beatmaker who’s championing the Lisbon moombah scene.
