Bert On Beats has been spinning records and producing for years in his hometown Tallinn, Estonia, under the name DJ Critical, mixing up everything from rap to drum n´bass, ripping clubs apart wherever he drops.

When Bert sent in his contribution for the “Kid Conga” remix contest in 2009, Man Rec boss Daniel Haaksman picked the Bert On Beats kuduro and dubstep influenced remix as the winner. Super engineered beats, crisp basslines and a great ear for melody and rhythm made soon clear: Bert On Beats is no rookie. Ever since, Bert has remixed Buraka Som Sistema, Ku Bo and Sekta and now presents his debut artist release: The “Suomo” EP through Man Recordings.
