“Octa Push started in the beginning of 2008 when Conspira – one of portuguese pioneers of bass music – challenged these two brothers from Lisbon to join forces and start a live-act project, booking them for a show.
They quickly started to make tracks together and developed a fusion of Bashment, UK Garage and Dubstep with other elements like Afrobeat and Techno.
In a short space of time their explosive performance took them to places and events like Boom Festival (Portugal), Sonar Festival 2009, Redbull Music Academy 2008 (Barcelona), Black Swan (Bristol), Fabric, Music Hall (London), Glade Festival (Winchester), Amsterdam Dance Event (Amsterdam) and other Clubs and Festivals.
Already with official remixes for people like Mochipet, Buraka Som Sistema, DJ C ft MC Zulu, Jahcoozi, DJ Znobia, Deville, Monkey Steak and Debruit. Watch out for original 12″s / tracks on Iberian Records, Steak House, Soul Jazz, Enchufada, Fabric and more.”
